Karen Beckwith
President and CEO

Karen Beckwith is president and chief executive officer of the Gelco Expense Management and Gelco Trade Management divisions of Gelco Information Network. Beckwith brings proven leadership in services based business to Gelco. As a former financial executive, Beckwith understands the unique challenges of managing travel and entertainment expenses across the enterprise.

Prior to joining Gelco, Beckwith was president of Ceridian Canada. Additional management positions held by Beckwith include executive vice president of business development and integration for the Ceridian Corporation, vice president of finance for the Ceridian Corporation, and vice president and corporate controller for Deluxe Corporation. Beckwith developed financial acumen as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche and has a MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Tom Goodmanson
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Tom Goodmanson is chief financial and administrative officer at Gelco. Goodmanson leads the finance, human resources, facility, administration, and legal teams. Goodmanson brings extensive leadership experience in reporting, treasury, capital management, financing, tax compliance, human resources, information technology and training to Gelco. Tom also has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side.

Prior to joining Gelco, Goodmanson was chief financial officer for Magenic Technologies, Inc. Goodmanson also spent several years at KPMG, LLP. Goodmanson holds a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

Brian E. Provost
Chief Operating Officer

Brian Provost is chief operating officer of Gelco. Provost is responsible for sales, account management, business development, marketing and business operations of the Expense Management Group. Provost brings valuable executive experience in the enterprise software and e-commerce markets to Gelco. Provost has experience delivering results with direct sales organizations and establishing strategic plans that increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Gelco, Provost held several executive management positions including executive vice president of Norstan Direct, vice president of sales for Colorspan Corporation and executive vice president of sales and marketing for Wizmo Inc. Provost holds a BA in business marketing from Bethel College.

Robert K. Maeser
Chief Information Officer

Robert Maeser is chief information officer at Gelco. Maeser’s extensive leadership in the IT service and outsourcing industry and experience delivering proven results for supporting 24x7 Internet based IT services and infrastructure are an asset to Gelco.

Prior to joining Gelco, Maeser was vice president of IT at St. Paul Companies, a provider of commercial and personal property-casualty insurance. Other positions held by Maeser include a variety of development, IT service and strategic management positions in the e-commerce markets at such reputable companies as Microsoft, Comdisco, Hewlett-Packard and NCR. Maeser holds a Master of Science degree in software engineering from the University of St. Thomas.

Melton E. Littlepage III
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Government Services Division

Melton Littlepage is Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Government Services Division for Gelco. Littlepage is responsible for driving the development of Travel Manager, Gelco’s expense management solution for the public sector, and for managing all operations required to support the solution. He is experienced in delivering technology solutions to the federal government market.

Prior to joining Gelco, Littlepage was business area manager at Booz Allen Hamilton where he was responsible for business process management. Littlepage has also held management positions at Cordiem and Commerce One. Littlepage holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virgina.

Troy Thibodeau
Vice President of Marketing

Troy Thibodeau is vice president of marketing for Gelco. Thibodeau is responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs designed to expand Gelco's heritage of leadership and innovation in the expense management and payment services market. Thibodeau’s background in strategic marketing for technology services and his significant experience designing best-in-class business processes in Fortune 500 organizations are an asset to Gelco.

Prior to joining Gelco, Thibodeau was marketing leader for Honeywell’s Commercial Energy Business. In addition he has had proven leadership experiences with well respected business such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and General Mills. Thibodeau holds a CPA, is Six Sigma certified and earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
