Disputes concerning Gelco’s adherence with the Safe Harbor privacy principles and this policy that are not resolved directly with Gelco will be resolved utilizing the services of JAMS, which is a mediation service. JAMS fees will be split evenly by the parties unless the mediated resolution allocates fees in a different manner. Should Gelco fail to adhere to a mediated resolution, Gelco agrees that you may seek injunctive relief in court, and that an appropriate remedy could include sanctions or a court order requiring compliance with the mediated resolution.
