Plus, with intelligent transaction routing, expense reports automatically go to managers, accounting or whoever you designate to review them. This allows you to set up your program the way that best suits your expense management program needs.
Intelligent Workflow allows you to configure the workflow routing process down to the user level that means you can apply policy guidelines by group, category and individual user. The ability to automatically approve expenses that fall within policy guidelines, to focus on reports that are flagged as policy violations, reduces cycle times significantly. This means that the process of reimbursing your people in the field can start sooner, as well.
When used in conjunction with Fax Imaging—which provides online access to both expense reports and their corresponding receipts—managers will spend less time matching receipts to reports, have real-time access to all the expense report data needed in the review process and spend more time monitoring expense budgets.
