The next time you have a question about how to use ExpenseLink®, try clicking the Self Help link you’ll find
under the ExpenseLink Home tab. The link will open up the Gelco Self Help tool and let users and Program Administrators quickly find answers to
their basic questions about ExpenseLink.
Once you open Self Help, all you need to do is type and submit your question. The Self Help system then quickly produces the answer. Every day, 47% of ExpenseLink users and Program Administrators open Self Help to look for an answer. Self Help supplies the correct answer to their question 97% of the time. When you submit a question Self Help sorts through an information database that contains the same information our Call Center analysts use. The system will then display several possible answers to your question. Click the topic you’re looking for and Self Help will provide a detailed response. You also have the option to choose the Frequently Asked Questions tool to see if your question is already listed — and maybe find answers to questions you haven’t come across yet.
