Gelco Enhancements

Multiple Account Approvers:
Gelco is making it easier for approvers with responsibilities across multiple accounts to access and approve expense reports. Program Administrators and expense report approvers will only need to sign-in once to access all expense reports associated with their accounts. Approvers will also only receive one email notification from Gelco of expense reports that are awaiting approval. This enhancement will provide greater convenience to you and those at your company that work on multiple expense management accounts.

The Approval Tab display will change to reflect this enhancement and include:

• Drop-down box listing accounts the approvers can access
• An "All" option that displays all accessible accounts at once
• Filter, search and sort capabilities by account number for "Reports to Review", "Reviewed Reports" and "Find Report".

Receipt & Audit Services Reports
Gelco Receipt and Audit Services has new reporting and analysis capabilities that provide better insight into the effectiveness of the audit criteria and compliance with customer audit goals. Its reporting capabilities provide visibility into the effectiveness of the audit process through value measurements. With clear insight into audit results, customers can ensure that the company's audit criteria effectively prevent fraud and improve corporate policy compliance – while satisfying Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

New Gelco Receipt and Audit Services reports include:

• Audit Status report which provides an overview of current audit activity, value of reports audited, percentages failed and value of reports failed
• Audit Failures by Reason report which identifies the expense reports that failed specific customer audit criteria
• Audit Failures by Representative or Manager report which lists the individual employees and their approving managers whose expense reports have failed audit

Since Gelco Receipt & Audit Services reports are integrated with Intelligent Imaging, employee receipt documentation can be quickly investigated and resolved within the audit report itself or shared with the employee and approving manager for quick resolution. To take advantage of Intelligent Imaging or audit reporting and analytics, customers must first subscribe to Gelco Receipt and Audit Services.
