Gelco customers learned of the inherent complexities in building and providing a global expense management program, as well lessons learned from processing cross-border expenses. Of particular interest were the advantages to be gained from implementation of a standardized global expense management program. These advantages include: Centralized oversight of international expense spending and management Global consistency and efficiency in expense report processing, policy and compliance Greater control of company-wide payments, reimbursements and spending.
