The revamping of our customer support website coincides with the launch of our new Gelco LearningLink online training. Together with Self Help, the online Gelco information resource launched last year, you will have easy access to a wide variety of educational, communication and implementation tools necessary to help you manage your Gelco expense management program. The first phase of this customer support initiative will provide program administrators a newly designed customer support website. This new customer website will be your primary source for dynamic customer training tools, business forms, communication templates, implementation and best practice expense management information. Key features of the new Customer Support website are: New Training Library Program Administrator Internet classroom Gelco LearningLink library Virtual Client Conferences and Gelco SmartTalks Archives. Expanded Tool Kit Forms and templates necessary to help you communicate to users and maintain your ExpenseLink account. Reporting Services Information on how to access reports with detailed descriptions of the reports available. Best Practices and User Guides Directory Learn how to enhance your expense management program with these educational materials. Examples of topics covered are government regulations, General Ledger integration, user data enrollment needs. Implementation Guide Single point of resource to help and guide program administrators on how to be implement and maintain your Gelco ExpenseLink account Valuable information to help configure and setup your program to meet your specific business requirements. Along with the redesigned Customer Support website, we are also launching our new Gelco LearningLink program administrator training tool. Each LearningLink is a self-paced audio-visual overview of key Gelco solutions. Our first series of LearningLinks will feature tips on our Reporting & Analysis solution and Gelco Scheduled Reports. To get a feel for our new LearningLinks, check out our Gelco LearningLink for ExpenseLink Offline. Access to the new website will require user login using your ExpenseLink account number.
