Gelco will be holding a Virtual Client Conference on Tuesday June 13^th from 10:00-11:00 AM Central Time in which you will learn how to get valuable insights from the Gelco Extracts and Audit Files.  We will show you examples of the full breadth of information captured in the expense report process, including who approved expense reports and what changes were made to an expense report.  We will also show you how you can inspect the controls that you have put in place in the automated expense report process and the audit trails that you have access to.

The Virtual Client Conference event is designed for those people in your organization that manage and analyze the expense management process such as Program Administrators, auditors and analysts.  Register here for this free informational web seminar. Gelco will also be launching a new Web-Based Training (WBT) to demonstrate how to request an audit file, download the file, import it into Excel and analyze the file to determine what changes were made and who made the changes.  This WBT will be available on the Gelco Customer Support Site.

New Graphical Reports Available in Gelco Reporting and Analysis!
Gelco now offers several reports which with the click of a button can be presented in graphical Form to provide quicker actionable insight.  The frequently used reports that can now be viewed graphically include:

• Expense Summary by Category
• Pending Approvals
• Expenses Out of Policy
• Audit Failure by Reason

Note: We have added a column to the end of the Expenses Out of Policy download file that denotes the 'Policy Classification' of the exception. It will be one of three values: Company Policy, Suspect, or Receipt

In a continuing effort to provide greater insights around spending, Gelco has made enhancements to its Reporting Services.  These graphical reports are included at no charge with Gelco Reporting & Analysis. New Top Spenders report:
Shows all people who have entered expenses in the reporting period. It is ordered by amount in descending order, so it shows first the people who have the most spend in period. This report is located in Reporting and Analysis under Rep Summaries.
