Extended Global Client Support

We are pleased to announce that the Gelco Call Center Support now has extended hours that will represent Monday-Friday 7am-7pm in all clients local time zones around the world.

All support is in English and Gelco will support a 24 hour resolution or status time commitment.

Gelco provides the following support to Program Administrators via e-mail or phone:

  • Technical support (passwords, browsers settings, printing issues, fax imaging issues etc.)
  • Solution navigational support
  • Account profile changes
  • Consulting/best-practice support
  • Reporting assistance


Other support offered includes:

  • End user technical support
  • Self Help is available online within the solution 24 x 7 (English only)


Gelco now offers toll-free phone numbers for several international locations:

  • Access Code + 800 300 3000 (Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Netherlands)


A non toll-free number exists for organizations outside the above countries:

  • Access Code + 1 952 942 2440 (Other Intl Countries)


US/Canada phone numbers remain the same:
