Change to year-to-date information in Scheduled Reports
Gelco's primary tool for providing information to our clients is Gelco Reporting & Analysis. This allows you to streamline your reporting efforts to one solution and offers many valuable reports.
With this in mind, starting May 29th we will no longer provide year-to-date data in Scheduled Reports, however this information will continue to be available via Gelco Reporting & Analysis.
If you still require year-to-date data within Scheduled Reports, please send an email request to Customer_Service@gelco.com with a subject line of "Scheduled Reports by May 26th". Please specify which report(s) you want year-to-date information for.
Some of the valuable reports we recommend you use within Reporting & Analysis are the "Distribution Expense Summary" or the "Expense Detail by Rep Summary". The Distribution Expense Summary displays a summary of all expenses by the general ledger distribution code. Each line item in the report lists the total amount submitted for each expense category during the specified time period. The expense categories are grouped under the related general ledger distribution codes to which they are assigned. Intended Audience: CFO, Controller, Financial Analyst, Organization Manager, Program Administrator. The Expense Detail by Rep Summary details expenses grouped by representative (employee). Starting at the first organization level, the report permits the user to drill down into an organization structure, ending with a specific representative and expense category.
