With this in mind, Gelco Expense Management is now offering special rewards for your referral efforts through our Customer Referral Program where you can register names of other businesses that may be looking for a new or improved T&E expense management solution. When a Gelco representative meets with your qualified referral, you get paid! And, if your referral results in a completed solution implementation, you get paid again!

All Gelco Expense Management customers are eligible to participate in the Customer Referral Program, regardless of the Gelco solution you use.

Under the program, your company can earn up to $1,000 discount on services. The referral must be made prior to the prospect contacting Gelco Expense Management through existing corporate marketing or partner marketing and referral efforts, and they cannot be listed as an existing lead in our database or be an existing Gelco customer.

1. Upon completion of a Gelco meeting with a qualified referral, your company will receive a $250 credit on a subsequent month’s service fee.

2. Once the referral’s Gelco solution is up and running your company will receive a $750 credit on a subsequent month’s service fee.

The credits to your monthly service fee are your reward for referring new prospects to us.

The monthly service fee credit will be processed 60 days following either the completion of a Gelco representative meeting with the qualified referral prospect or the completion of a solution implementation for the qualified referral prospect.

How You Can Get Started
When you identify a prospect for any Gelco Expense Management solution, call your Gelco account manager or the customer referral form can be found on the Gelco Customer Support Website.

Campaign Terms and Conditions: Gelco Expense Management reserves the right to modify the terms of the Gelco Customer Referral Program without notice. Notification will be given in a timely manner of any changes to the terms and conditions of the program. Gelco Expense Management solutions must be purchased within 12 months of the referral date for you to qualify for the referral fee.
