Customer Support Site a Success

In June, Gelco successfully launched our new and comprehensive Customer Support Website. The new Gelco Customer Support Website has been redesigned to make program administration easy for you and reflects Gelco’s ongoing commitment to customer service. This best-in-class customer support website now contains everything you need to effectively implement, educate and communicate your ExpenseLink or Ceridian Expense Manager expense management program in your organization.

The new site now includes:

  • Expanded on-demand no-cost training
  • Quick and convenient access to your most commonly used forms and templates
  • A complete step-by-step process flow for effective account implementation
  • Comprehensive educational information to get the most out of Gelco’s expense management solutions

We are very pleased with customer response to our new site. We are committed to continuous improvement and responding to customer feedback, we have already begun adding additional content such as new training materials and tools. Customer feedback about the new site:
One of the new features our customers have said they like most about the site is the Forms and Templates section. Here you can find maintenance forms and communication templates for employees. Gelco’s new LearningLinks, our on-demand educational tools, have also been very well received. “How do I cancel a report with errors?” is the number one phone call received by our call center, so not surprisingly, it was the number one downloaded LearningLink.
