We're expecting hundreds of individuals from various client organizations to attend this year’s conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. At the conference, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with other Gelco clients and learn how you can get more value from improved T&E process management. 

Sessions have been developed for individuals throughout your organization who have responsibilities for travel expense management – from the administrator to the analyst to the executive sponsor. Over 30 breakout sessions have been developed in five tracks to help you achieve even more success in your current role. Each track features detailed breakout sessions in a variety of formats and levels to best meet your needs. These in-depth forums are your chance to meet with Gelco personnel, hear from expert users at other leading organizations, and pick up strategies for handling critical business issues. 

Session Tracks

Essentials: Program Administrators wanting to learn how they can bring more value to their organization, improve productivity, and streamline their Gelco solution should attend these sessions.

Multinational: Global sessions offer valuable strategies for meeting the specific business challenges Gelco clients are facing in regions outside North America.  Global sessions offer you an opportunity to learn how to leverage your Gelco solutions to address your organization’s specific requirements. 

Fraud & Compliance: Gelco provides a powerful business architecture that combines best practice business processes and robust compliance capabilities.  In these sessions, you’ll learn how other organizations have leveraged their Gelco solutions to transform themselves into world-class organizations.

Corporate Cards: This series of sessions are designed to help you leverage Gelco’s CardLink capabilities to gaqin real-time business insight to your business to drive faster, smarter decisions and superior business performance. 

Executive: Executives with responsibilities over their organization's travel program should attend these sessions to gain a better understanding what the industry and other world-class organizations are doing to drive down costs, meet regulatory requirements, and learn how to best leverage their travel program.

Complimentary Consulting Sessions
New this year is the option to schedule a complimentary consulting session.  These sessions will provide one-on-one interaction with your account manager and other Gelco technical experts.  Sessions are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis to registered attendees.
