Watch your email box for Gelco’s new Smart Tips

Coming soon we will be delivering Smart Tips to your email box to help you better manage your Gelco solution.  These tips are developed by our expert Customer Service group and are based on common inquiries they hear from clients and on best practices for navigating the Gelco system.

Here are some examples of the helpful hints you will soon be receiving!

  1. Have you heard about the new password hint function that ExpenseLink has to offer you and your users? You can cut down on the number of calls you receive from users needing their password reset. The Password hint function is easy to set up and easy for users to navigate to help them gain access to ExpenseLink if they forget their password. Simply contact Customer Service to get this set up on your account today. You can also learn more about "password hints" on the Gelco Client Website.
  2. Have you ever wondered which report will provide the information you are looking for? You can utilize the Help Files located in the upper right hand corner of the ExpenseLink application. Simply click on the help files link and enter “reports” in the subject field. A list of report names and what each report contains will be available for your use. You can also use the Self Help feature to identify which report is right for you.  

We have made some updates to the Self Help tool to offer more step-by-step instruction including screen shots and icons that are easier to follow.  For example, if you want to edit the text on your Message Board, Self Help will show you how to edit the font and make text scroll.
