Gelco Call Center standard hours of operation are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM in your local time zone, Monday through Friday. Gelco keeps the following hours of support for upcoming US recognized holidays:

Labor Day
Monday September 4th, 2006: Gelco Call Center will be closed.

Thanksgiving
Thursday, November 23rd, 2006: Gelco Call Center will be closed.

Friday, November 24th: Gelco Call Center will be open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.

Christmas
Sunday, December 24th, 2006:  Gelco Call Center will be closed from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Central Time.

Monday, December 25th, 2006: Gelco Call Center will be closed. 

New Years Day
Monday, January 1st, 2007: Gelco Call Center will be closed.
